RV Centre International Pte Ltd (RV!) is a privately held learning organisation aimed at making a difference to the world through providing education and training opportunities to students and learners internationally. In 2005, we established our administrative office in Singapore. RV! has a network that spans 33 education centres (RV! CENTRE) and 6 academies (RV! International Academy, RV! National Academy) across 9 countries including Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Lao PDR and Sri Lanka with a history that dates back to 1996.

Located at the Group corporate headquarters in Singapore . The company is the intellectual heart of the Group in the management of the group's businesses. The company originally started out as a publisher involved in several success joint-governmental projects such as the Vietnam Trade Directory 1995/96, the Myanmar Trade Director 1997/98, the Singapore Packaging Industries Directory 1998/99 and 2000/01. In 2001, the publishing business of the company has been restructured under RV! Media World Pte Ltd.

Since 1997, the company has also embarked on a successful regionalisation strategy of bringing education development to developing countries. The education development business is instrumental in the development of RV! Centres in the region. Today, the company is often seen as a credible education consultancy in Singapore and emerging markets through its network of regional offices and creative marketing.

The group's RV Centre in Yangon , Myanmar is the leading management, training and educational services provider in the country.
Founded in 1996, it has since established a formidable presence in the businesses of International Education, Training and Placement; Management Development and Consultancy, and, News and Publications Services through its centres: RV! Centre Yangon (Latha), RV! STUDIO Yangon (Poe Sein, MICT) and RV! ACADEMY (Parkroyal, Mya Yeik Nyo) .
In August 2005, we launched our first International academy, MCTA in Mandalay, the second biggest city in Myanmar.

RV! CENTREs in Vietnam are established for the purpose of planning, preparing and placing students to Singapore and the region. RV! CENTREs in Vietnam pride ourselves in successfully preparing qualified students for scholarships and tuition grants to National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University through the RV! Pre-University(PU) Program TM and to the polytechnics in Singapore through the RV! Pre-Polytechnic(PP) Program TM . Other programs such as the EMS (English, Maths and Science) from Grades 1 to 12, English programs and other examination preparation programs are aimed at building a strong foundation for the students.

The Sri Lanka office provides training and logistics consultancy. It is involved in seminars and workshops for goal setting and tenders. The office was opened in 1998 and has seen commendable improvements. Situated in a fluctuating social economical region, the office has done well to cope with the challenges and remains poised for further growth.
